During the course of the session(s) I evaluate which modalities would be beneficial to the client in order to assist them achieving their therapeutic goal(s), help their current situation and the change(s) they need in their life. You (the client) agree that you have read the Terms and Conditions, and confirm your understanding by completing this document and forwarding via email and paying in advance for your session.
Home Work
Some clients will be given activities to do outside of the therapy room, this is in order to cut down the time in the therapeutic environment as well as to help with adapting to new ways of thinking. It is essential to do these activities, they are fun, creative and educational.
Length of Therapy
From the first session to perhaps the first two sessions, depending on the issue(s), these session(s) are predominantly about me listening carefully to the client’s story. The length of therapy will vary from client to client and in the first session I will advise approximately how many sessions are required.

If you are on medication, I need to be aware of which medication(s) you are using as well as details such as the name and phone number of your General Practitioner (GP). If you are being treated for a medical condition by your doctor (GP) and seeing me as part of the treatment, you need to tell your doctor that you are seeing me also. Please note I cannot see you if you are intoxicated by alcohol.
